Kelly Khumalo Calls Out Jub Jub for Absent Fatherhood Says He’s “More Uncle Than Father” to Son Christian

According to Khumalo, any parent serious about being present would have already gone to court. “If he genuinely wanted to be present, he would’ve gone to court. No one’s stopping him,” she said, accusing him of hiding behind excuses while enjoying public sympathy.
Despite Jub Jub’s past public pleas to reconnect with his son and his calls to “put differences aside,” Khumalo isn't moved. “It’s all talk,” she insisted. “The court is always there. He has the means. He just doesn’t have the will.”
She also opened up about the emotional weight of raising a child who looks like the man she says once abused her. “It takes deep healing to parent that child with love and intention when his father left me with scars,” she said on her show Life with Kelly.
Khumalo made it clear that her current husband has taken on the role Jub Jub refused. She challenged him to stop playing the victim, stop posting emotional messages online, and do the real work of being a parent: “Take me to court. Fight. Prove you’re not a deadbeat. Until then, you’re just a visitor.”
